How do I know this program is a good fit for me?

  • Do you love makeup, beauty and style and want to enjoy your business instead of scrambling for clients or toiling away at a department store counter.
  • Are you  ready to create your own hours and take as many (or as few) jobs as you want and get paid well for it?
  • Are you an experienced stylist or makeup artist, confident in your skills?
  • Are you ready to dig into the life of an entrepreneur and create a business?
  • Do you want to be the one responsible for creating the experience for your client from start to finish?
  • Do you manage your time well and you are organized?

If you answered yes to the above questions, you are ready to become an MMMUA alumni! But if you….

  •  are not confident in your skills as a stylist or artist.
  • like to make excuses instead of making things happen.
  • are not ready to do the work that it takes to build a business.
  • are not organized or if you do not communicate well.
  • want a set schedule or a set amount of income each month.
  • do not enjoy adapting to new people or situations.

If any of the above apply to you, this may not be a good time to go out on your own. Focus on strengthening your skills as an artist and getting organized. Make sure to get on the email list so that you can access the free resources that I will be sending you!

  1. I see that this workshp is close for spetember. When is your next workshop and how much money is it? I would really like to work with you. I am also thinking about joining the QC Academy to be certified . Do you think that’s a good idea? Right now I do makeup for my friends and family but I am not getting pd.

    • Hi Samantha, right now I do not have any classes scheduled but I am taking on people who want some one on one coaching, email me for that!

  2. I have a been doing hair and makeup for past 4 years . I have the talent, am a great people person, and lot of potential business. My questions are mostly business related: paying employees , LLC , liability insurance etc. I have reached out to another makeup artist for consulting and would like to compare your cost for the classes. Also do you offer just the business information not the whole getting started program?
    Thank you,
    Debbie

    • Hi Debbie! Thanks for touching base. I am currently on hold for classes and workshops. Right now I am working on turing the program into a series of digital downloads and workbooks to make them more affordable and break down the information so you can get what you are specifically looking for, instead of having to do review of stuff you have already done. I hope that is available by the beginning of the year.
